Kokonut’s Wally

WALLY

Having undergone significant refits in 2019 and again in 2024, the Wally *Kokonut* stands out in its category for its exceptional beam and impressive interior volume, offering the space, comfort, and scale typically reserved for much larger yachts. Combining these attributes with Wally’s unmistakable design signature, it serves as a sophisticated charter platform for guests seeking both elegance and substance.

A key enhancement from its most recent renovation is the addition of a full-beam owner’s suite on the upper deck—a feature rarely found on yachts of this size. Bathed in natural light and offering an elevated, commanding view, this private sanctuary provides an experience worthy of an owner, now available on the charter market.

F.A.Q.

Yachtside Monaco organizes charters worldwide. Our selection of yachts covers the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, among many other international destinations.

Depending on your preferences, our team will assist you in selecting the right yacht, destination, and itinerary to create a fully personalized experience.

Yes. All the yachts we offer for weekly charters are rented exclusively with a professional and experienced crew.
Depending on the size of the yacht, the crew may include a captain, officers, deckhands, a chef, stewards and stewardesses, as well as various specialized staff. Their role is to ensure your safety, your comfort, and the quality of service throughout your stay.

Each yacht offered for charter has its own insurance, taken out by the owner or the company that owns the yacht, in accordance with its commercial operation.
The applicable coverage and liabilities are defined by the yacht’s insurance policy as well as by the provisions set out in the charter agreement.

Yes. In addition to the charter agreement, we can offer you travel and cancellation insurance through our partner based in Monaco.
Depending on the plan selected, this may cover certain events that could force you to cancel or cut short your trip. The specific coverage, exclusions, and terms of reimbursement depend on the policy purchased.

Yes, when required by applicable regulations. The VAT regime depends on factors such as the cruising area, the place of embarkation, the itinerary, and the type of contract used.
Our team will provide you with the applicable VAT amount when preparing your proposal and charter agreement.

The Charter Fee primarily covers the provision of the yacht for the booked period, as well as the services of its crew.
It also includes the use of the yacht’s equipment and facilities as specified in its brochure and inventory—notably leisure equipment and water toys, where these are offered on board.

The primary expenses associated with your stay are generally covered through an APA—Advance Provisioning Allowance.
The APA typically amounts to 30–40% of the charter fee, depending on the yacht and the planned itinerary. It allows the captain to settle expenses on your behalf, including fuel, food and beverages, port and mooring fees, specific provisioning requests, and other costs directly related to your stay.
At the end of the charter, the captain will provide a detailed statement of expenses. If there is a surplus, the remaining balance will be returned to you. If expenses exceed the amount provided, the difference must be settled in accordance with the terms of the charter agreement.

Your itinerary is entirely personalized and prepared with you prior to your departure, taking into account your preferences, your preferred pace, and the experiences you wish to enjoy.
It remains intentionally flexible. The captain may suggest adjustments during the trip based on your wishes, weather conditions, port availability, and—above all—safety requirements.

Cancellation terms are precisely defined in the Charter Agreement signed prior to departure.
Depending on the specific contract used, different provisions may apply in the event of a cancellation by either the charterer or the owner. Situations classified as *force majeure* are also addressed in accordance with the specific terms of the contract.
Furthermore, we recommend purchasing appropriate travel and cancellation insurance to provide coverage for certain events that would not, under the terms of the contract, entitle the charterer to a refund.

Yes. Every booking is subject to a Charter Agreement, which specifies details such as the yacht being chartered, the dates, the cruising area, the Charter Fee, the APA, payment terms, and the rights and obligations of each party.
Depending on the type of charter, the contract typically binds the yacht owner and the charterer, with the involvement of the charterer’s broker and the broker representing the owner.
